We are planning to re-open the Bra Shop on the 4th July 2020, assuming that Boris does not change the plans. Initially, we will be opening on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday's to see how things go. Obviously, we want to continue to provide a first-class service and will be reviewing this decision weekly as we hopefully emerge from the lock-down. All visits to the shop will be by appointment, unfortunately you will not be able to just drop in. This is to allow us the time to provide an excellent service to all our customers whilst adhering to all the measures and cleaning routines we must now follow. Our primary concern is the welfare of our customers and staff so we will continue to apply the government's rules in both the letter and spirit of the law! We have measures in place to be able to offer a fitting service, it will be slightly different to how we have done them in the past but will ensure the continued safety of our customers and staff. Below are a few additional questions you may have: What time will you open? We will open from 10 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and will close briefly for lunch and to visit the Post Office between 12:30pm and 1pm. What products can I buy? We will offer our usual full range of Bras, underwear, nightwear and swimwear plus the odd useful accessories. However, we are still experiencing some issues with deliveries from a small number of our suppliers. A small number of items are not currently available or delivery times when we order are taking longer than usual. If there is something specific you need please check availability when making your appointment to avoid disappointment or wasted journeys! Please email us at customerservice@brashoponline.co.uk, call 01524 426611 or message us on Facebook. Will I be able to try on a Bra? When we open you will be able to try on a Bra and we will be able to offer fitting advice. We will do this visually as much as possible and will fit all bras whilst wearing protective equipment. If you will need help when in the shop, for example with putting a bra on, please discuss this when you make your appointment as you will need to bring someone with you who can assist you. Are there any limitations on the number of people in the shop? For those who have visited before you know we have a relatively small shop albeit full of a friendly and caring atmosphere! In order to maintain social distancing in the shop, we will need to limit the number of people inside at any one time. There will be plenty of guidance in-store to help keep you and our staff safe and well. I need to make special arrangements when visiting If you have any special requirements please discuss these with us when we call to make your appointment. We will always do all we can to accommodate the needs of our customers. Next steps We are all wondering exactly what the new normal will look like and how we will adapt. The uncertainty is a challenge. What keeps us moving forward, though, with enthusiasm and passion, is our lovely customers who make all we do worthwhile. If you think there are things we can do to improve our service as we make the necessary changes to our business, then we would really welcome your thoughts and suggestions. Please keep safe and well.
